Departs Cairns,  Travel north by way of a scenic inland road arriving in Port Douglas. Travel to Rex Range and over the Rainforest covered Great Dividing range. Explore rivers and lagoons of Lakefield Park, in search of croc, dingoes, Kangaroos.  Visit Cooktown, in Northern Queensland visit the bloomfield track. Stop at the mystical Black Mtn and drive up Grassy Hill lookout, which offers view of the GBR. Hike along the rainforest trail and spend the morning at the beach.

This REAL outback experience will take you beyond the famous sites and show you the scenery that you will never forget. Depart Alice Springs at 630am and head south, stopping at the Camel farm (own expense). Spend time at the Olgas, and hike through the Valley of the Winds. Take in the Ayers Rock sunset and sunrise, along with a chance to climb the rock. Visit Kings Creek Cattle Stations, where optional activities are abundant. After a picnic lunch, head to the Mereenie Loop towards the MacDonnell ranges, close to a beautiful swimming hole. Enjoy a scenic day spent exploring many of the gorges & watering holes in the Glen Helen Gorge, Standley Chasm area. One day Five, take a 4WD tour through Finke Gorge Nat'l Park into Palm Valley. Returns to Alice Springs at 630pm on the last day.
