The quaint Bohemian countryside stretches to Cesky Krumlov, a
UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you explore the castle and old
town lanes. “The pearl of Bohemia,” Cesky Krumlov has a
wonderfully-preserved medieval atmosphere. Enter Austria and
arrive in Vienna, following the winding blue Danube by the
vineyards of the scenic Wachau Valley. On Wednesday, tour Vienna’s
Imperial Hofburg Palace to see the Hapsburg Crown Jewels. Walk to
St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the Opera and drive around the
Ringstrasse. Visit Schonbrunn Palace to see a few of its 1411
rooms! Both Maria Theresa and Marie Antoinette lived here, and
Mozart began his career in its halls. This evening, enjoy the
Vienna Hofburg Orchestra performing works of Johann Strauss.
