Day 1. Depart USA for Tasmania. Arrive on Day 3

Day 3: Arrive Hobart, Dine Around Dinner
Arrive at Hobart. This evening, enjoy a Dine Around Dinner. Stay: Three Nights at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, harbor view room

Day 4. Salamanca Market, Freedom of Choice Touring
Discover the Salamanca Market, then have your choice of touring activities. You may wish to stroll along the Tahune Airwalk or enjoy high tea. Daily Meal Included: • Breakfast

Day 5. Russell Falls, World Heritage Lake St Clair, West Coast Wilderness Railway
Enter Mt Field National Park, and walk to Russell Falls. From here, travel through the forests of the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area to Lake St Clair. Join the West Coast Wilderness Railway for a ride through the forest. On a lovingly-restored steam train, you’ll travel through lush mountainous countryside crossing trestle bridges that straddle deep river gorges. Day 6. World Heritage Wilderness, Gordon River Cruise, Dine Around Dinner
Explore World Heritage wilderness aboard the Lady Jane Franklin II. Cruise along the Gordon River with guaranteed window seating and enjoy a buffet lunch. Stop at Heritage Landing for a walk through ancient rain forest and a visit to the penal colony of Sarah Island. In the afternoon, return to Strahan and take your time exploring this picturesque town. Later, choose from a selection of fine restaurants at your Dine Around Dinner. Day 7. Dove Lake, Cradle Mountain, Freedom of Choice Touring
Journey to Cradle Mountain and explore Dove Lake with a local guide. View the jagged contours of Cradle Mountain and visit Waldheim Chalet, a forest home built in 1912. This afternoon, perhaps sample Tasmania’s finest wines and cheeses; take a guided Enchanted Walk; join a night wildlife spotlight tour in search of native animals (limited availability); pick up a Gourmet Picnic Hamper to enjoy in the magnificent surrounds of the national park; or pamper yourself at the Waldheim Alpine Spa.

Day 8. The Nut, Woolnorth, Cape Grim, Smithton
Visit the far north-west reaches of Tasmania and see The Nut at Stanley. Tour Woolnorth, the state’s largest wind farm. At nearby Cape Grim, breathe in the cleanest air in the world, before arriving at the farming area of Smithton. This evening, enjoy an exclusive Tasmanian fare dinner at Smithton. Day 9. Sheffield Murals, Ashgrove Cheese Factory, Woolmers Estate
Today, explore Devonport and Sheffield, a quaint town where over 30 murals have been painted on the building walls. This afternoon, sample handmade cheeses at Ashgrove Cheese Factory, then continue to historic Woolmers Estate where you will enjoy a guided tour and visit the National Rose Garden. Day 10. Historical Ross, Launceston, Farewell Drinks and Dinner
Travel around the Great Lake, Australia’s second largest freshwater lake. Your journey will also take you to the charming heritage township of Ross. Here, view the famous historical bridge, built by convicts and featuring more than 180 unique hand carvings, and take some time to explore the colonial township. Return to Launceston and spend your last evening at a Farewell Dinner and Drinks, which includes a presentation from the chef disclosing his culinary secrets. Day 11. Launceston, Cataract Gorge, Depart
Explore Cataract Gorge, a unique natural rock formation that cuts its way from the South Esk River, joining the Tamar River on the outskirts of Launceston. Afterwards, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight. Daily Meal Included: • Breakfast
