Day 02: Prague
Arrive in Prague, capital of the Czech Republic where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore beautiful Prague. This evening enjoy a special Welcome Dinner.
Day 03: Prague
Resting on the sloping banks of the Vltava River, Prague’s cobblestone streets, connected by arching and ancient stone bridges, blend with the cosmopolitan atmosphere of the modern city. Your tour of Prague includes a view of the Charles Bridge, Old Town Square, and the Gothic Town Hall with its astronomical clock. Your afternoon is at leisure. Tonight, enjoy a wonderful cultural performance. ISM (B)
Day 04: Prague
After breakfast, you’ll visit the Royal Castle of Hradcany and St. Vitus Cathedral. The balance of this day is yours to shop, visit museums or simply stroll the city.. (B)
Day 05: Prague - Vienna
This morning, you depart for Vienna, the capital of Austria. The remainder of the day is at leisure to catch the spirit of the “City of the Waltz.” This evening, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.. (B, D)
Day 06: Vienna
This sparkling cosmopolitan city on the Danube has captivated travelers for hundreds of years with its elegant shops, world-class museums, scenic parks and gardens and the many historic sites on the Ringstrasse, Vienna’s most famous boulevard. Today your sightseeing tour includes the Parliament, State Opera House, City Hall and a tour of the interior of the majestic Hofburg. An optional visit to the imperial Schoenbrunn Palace is available. The rest of the day is yours followed by an evening cultural performance. (B)
Day 07: Vienna
This morning, enjoy a guided visit to the Kunsthistorisches Museum, one of the great art museums of the world that includes celebrated works by Titian, Cranach, Canaletto, Rubens and Velazquez. The afternoon and evening are yours to enjoy beautiful Vienna.. (B)
Day 08: Vienna - Budapest
Today, journey eastbound by motor coach (or first class train to Budapest), often called “Paris of the East”. The afternoon is free for independent activities or optional excursions. (B)
Day 09: Budapest
Considered the most sophisticated of Eastern European capitals, this lovely city divided by the Danube has retained its special Hungarian flavor. Your morning panoramic tour includes the Parliament, Heroes Square and Gellert Hill. The afternoon and evening are at leisure.. (B)
Day 10: Budapest
A morning panoramic sightseeing tour includes the Castle Hill area, Fishermen’s Bastion and the Royal Palace. Tonight, we have planned a very special Farewell Dinner with entertainment.. (B)
Day 11: Budapest - Home
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure flight. (B, D)
