Overnight flight to Prague.
Day 2 - Arrive Prague (3 nights)
Welcome to Prague. After check-in, there is time to relax at your hotel. Later, enjoy a Welcome Drink and dinner with your Tour Director and travel companions.(Dinner) TF.

Day 3 - Prague Sightseeing and Leisure
This morning your expert guided walking tour includes a visit to St. Vitus Cathedral and features Prague Castle, the Old Town square and the romantic Charles Bridge. Then there is free time to shop for bargains in Bohemian crystal or to explore the city independently.(Buffet Breakfast)
Day 4 - Prague at Leisure
A full day at leisure with so much to see and do. Perhaps take a cruise along the Vltava River or visit one of the castles on the outskirts of the city. In the evening sample refreshing local Pilsen beer or attend an opera performance in one of Prague’s many theatres.(Buffet Breakfast)
Day 5 - Prague - Lednice - Vienna (3 nights)
Travel via Brno, one-time headquarters of Napoleon before heading to Lednice Castle to visit the Italianate Gardens. Then cross the border into Austria to imperial Vienna. Tonight, why not take a stroll through the Prater Park and ride on the famous big wheel.(Buffet Breakfast).

Day 6 - Vienna sightseeing and at Leisure
This morning after breakfast, a guided sightseeing tour shows you the Hofburg Palace, the Parliament Buildings and the Opera House. You will walk through the oldest part of the city and see St.Stephen's Cathedral. Later time is your own or consider an excursion into the Vienna Woods. Tonight, enjoy a Highlight Dinner of Viennese at a ‘Heurigen’ - a local wine tavern situated just outside Vienna.(Buffet Breakfast / Highlight Dinner)
Day 7 - Vienna at leisure
Enjoy a full day at leisure. Perhaps shop in the Kärntnerstrasse, visit beautiful Schönbrunn Palace or visit Vienna’s more unusual museums such as the one dedicated to Sigmund Freud who taught at the city University for many years. Later, it is suggested you treat yourself to coffee and a delicious pastry in a typical Viennese coffee house or take in a concert of Strauss music.(Buffet Breakfast)
Day 8 - Vienna - Danube Valley - Budapest (3 nights)
It's not long before you are in Hungary. Drive along the route known as the Danube bend with its quaint old villages and orchards. Stop at Esztergom and see its fine Cathedral, Castle and St. Tamas Hill before following the Danube to Budapest. Tonight a special 'Be My Guest' dinner will be enjoyed at a local family restaurant.(Buffet Breakfast / Be My Guest dinner).

Day 9 - Budapest Sightseeing and at Leisure
Today's sightseeing includes a walking tour of old Buda which shows you amongst other monuments, the Matthias Church and Fishermen's Bastion. Later see the Great Synagogue and Heroes' Square. You will have free time to shop for famous Hungarian embroidery. Tonight consider sampling some Hungarian in a local restaurant to the accompaniment of traditional gypsy style music!(Buffet Breakfast)
Day 10 - Budapest at Leisure
A completely free day at leisure for you to do as you wish. After breakfast you may decide to utilise your 'hop-on hop-off' sightseeing ticket or simply relax at the hotel. Perhaps even indulge in some spa treatments at one of the Turkish baths located in the city. Your Tour Director will provide you with a variety of suggestions on how to spend this leisurely day. Tonight, join your Tour Director and fellow for a Farewell Dinner with wine in a local restaurant.(Buffet Breakfast / Farewell Dinner)
Day 11 - Budapest - USA
Bid farewell to new-found friends at the end of your tour. Your Trafalgar Tour Director will organise transfers to Budapest Airport which arrive there at approximately 07.00 and 11.00 for your return flight home. Conditions apply.(Buffet Breakfast)
